Contact Center Support Rep – Day Shift
GXO Logistics, Inc.Customer Contact Center Support Representative handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assisting customers with issues and upselling additional items during calls.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to inbound contacts via phone, email and chat
- Upsell and cross-sell additional items
- Answer inquiries while maintaining and updating the customer database
- Maintain a sense of urgency in responding to the customer's needs
- Be creative and go above and beyond when assisting our customers
- Accurate and efficient order entry and maintenance of customer files
- Ask probing questions and overcome objections
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of Customer Service experience (in person or over the phone)
- Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette
- Ability to adapt to the fast-paced internet environment
- Problem-solving skills
- PC literate and basic typing skills (at least 30 wpm)
- Regular and punctual attendance is a must. Flexible to work schedule between the following hours - Shift: Monday - Friday 8 am - 8 pm; Sat 8 am - 4:30 pm CST
