About the role
- Serve as system administrator for Oracle Cloud and manage Oracle Projects master data, ensuring data accuracy, standardization, and maintenance
- Own and execute ServiceNow processes, including request fulfillment, form maintenance, and continuous process improvement
- Maintain and enforce financial system and master data controls, policies, and best practices
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and provide analytical support to track performance and drive improvements
- Develop and maintain global process documentation, standard operating procedures, and job aids
- Drive harmonization of master data processes across GXO while supporting regional and functional requirements
- Champion data accuracy and governance across the organization through communication, training, and change management initiatives
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality, simplify workflows, and increase efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent related work or military experience
- 5+ years of experience in financial systems and enterprise data management
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, data management processes, and internal controls
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Projects module
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
