About the role
- Build and operate an enterprise-grade MDM function
- Define the enterprise MDM strategy and capability roadmap
- Chair/lead the Data Governance Council
- Manage the MDM product/platform team
- Implement DataOps for MDM
- Deliver golden record services and reference data services
- Define integration architecture and technical solutions
- Publish data quality dashboards
- Implement least privilege access and DPIAs for MDM domains
- Drive adoption across top consuming platforms
- Own MDM budget, staffing plan, and vendor/SI engagement
- Design and establish a new enterprise MDM operating model
Requirements
- 7+ years leading enterprise MDM or closely related data governance/platform functions
- Proven track record establishing an MDM operating model
- Demonstrated success delivering API-first and event-driven integrations
- Strong program leadership
- Deep knowledge of MDM capabilities
- Hands-on familiarity with DataOps
- Experience with enterprise data catalogs
- Practical GDPR/DPDP/CCPA experience
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in computer science or data related subject
- CDMP (DAMA), TOGAF or equivalent certifications are pluses
- English command is mandatory.
