About the role
- Lead and optimise outbound operations to ensure on-time, accurate dispatch of customer orders
- Manage daily outbound capacity, wave planning and resource allocation
- Coach, develop and support Shift Managers and outbound teams to drive performance
- Ensure compliance with H&S standards, investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Identify process improvements, remove bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Strong background managing outbound warehouse or distribution operations
- Proven people-leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Understanding of operational KPIs, resource planning and high-volume logistics environments
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across teams
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong safety awareness and commercial understanding
