About the role

  • Communicate with customers, vendors and team members to ensure customer commitments are met
  • Establish procedures for maintaining quality objectives
  • Hire, train, develop and appraise staff effectively

Requirements

  • 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field (preferred)
  • 4 years of managerial/supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving techniques and statistical analysis skills
