About the role

  • Lead the preparation and timely filing of all external financial reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K
  • Support the review and tie out all financial information within the quarterly Shareholders’ deliverables
  • Support the research around complex accounting issues for significant transactions
  • Prepare various technical accounting memos and analyses
  • Maintain and enhance internal controls over financial reporting
  • Partner with various teams, including FP&A, Legal, Tax, and Investor Relations
  • Identify and implement improvements to the financial reporting process

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, external audit, and/or accounting at a public company
  • CPA license
  • Deep and current knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX compliance
  • Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., Workiva), ORACLE/HFM, and automation tools is a significant plus
  • Exceptional diligence, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
