About the role

  • Perform all required administration tasks in line with Company and Client procedures
  • Managing sales orders to high service levels
  • Booking in imports, generating picks, despatching deliveries and returns
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external contractors to ensure timely and accurate completion of procedural requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records and archives
  • Using warehouse management system – WMS to scan, log and update inventory records accurately
  • Assisting with other duties within the department as required

Requirements

  • Experience in warehouse administration is preferred
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • A strong ‘Can Do’ attitude to succeed in a demanding environment
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft applications
  • Good customer service skills
