About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- First point contact for Team Leaders and Shift Managers to resolve employee queries relating to clock-ins, wages, sickness record, and other personnel-related issues
- Support the employee life cycle for all levels
- Provide advisory service on Employee Relations matters and support with Employee Relations issues
- Provide general support with recruitment campaigns and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong knowledge of time & attendance processes and HR administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR databases
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach
