About the role

  • First point contact for Team Leaders and Shift Managers to resolve employee queries relating to clock-ins, wages, sickness record, and other personnel-related issues
  • Support the employee life cycle for all levels
  • Provide advisory service on Employee Relations matters and support with Employee Relations issues
  • Provide general support with recruitment campaigns and processes

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of time & attendance processes and HR administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR databases
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach
