Area Operations Trainer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Covering inductions to support the site as and when required
- Working with the site operational leaders to ensure training is provided, on time and in full
- Maintain system accuracy (Tachomaster, Check master, Training App & RTITB)
- Conduct professional and thorough driver assessments
- Support senior driver / buddy with delivery of standard operating practices
- Raise awareness for the escalation process to crews by leading by example
- Travel using company vehicle, fuel card, with accommodation provided for overnight stays
Requirements
What you’ll need- LGV Driver licence (Cat C) essential
- Professional presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with lorry loader preferred but not essential
- Computer literate
