About the role
- Support the Transport management team with insights / outputs from the Winsight / Ortec TMS System
- Support Drivers / Admins with clear support plans to develop usage of TMS system
- Responsible for a team of up to 120 Drivers and administrators
- Overseeing vehicle defects and repairs
- Create consistent and thorough vehicle reports
- Ensure Health & Safety measures are adhered to
- Monitor TUP’s, compliance, and general administration duties
- Participate in disciplinaries, investigations, audits and absence management
- Engage with customers/clients for smooth service and reporting
Requirements
- Experience of Ortec & Winsight use in a fast-paced transport environment
- Pre-existing management experience is advantageous alongside Transport knowledge
- Organized, driven individual with ability to work alone and in teams
- Effective communicator able to develop good working relationships at all levels
- Levelheaded attitude in a pressurized environment
- Computer literate
- Transport Management CPC (national and international) preferred
