About the role
- Develop and execute sales strategies directly to Original Equipment (OE) Dealers on a regional basis
- Manage sales territory, expand the business, and develop new accounts within assigned territory
- Achieve individual goals of increasing private label revenue and adding new dealers to the business
- Develop lasting relationships with customers
- Provide an excellent customer purchasing experience leading to dedicated and residual business partnerships
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferably in commercial vehicle parts or commercial business to business
- Direct Sales Experience a plus
- Strong desire to win
- Passionate about customer service
- Technology proficient
- Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Works effectively with diverse audiences, management levels, cultures, and personalities
- Trusted consultant with excellent communication and presentation skills
