About the role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies directly to Original Equipment (OE) Dealers on a regional basis
  • Manage sales territory, expand the business, and develop new accounts within assigned territory
  • Achieve individual goals of increasing private label revenue and adding new dealers to the business
  • Develop lasting relationships with customers
  • Provide an excellent customer purchasing experience leading to dedicated and residual business partnerships

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferably in commercial vehicle parts or commercial business to business
  • Direct Sales Experience a plus
  • Strong desire to win
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Technology proficient
  • Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Works effectively with diverse audiences, management levels, cultures, and personalities
  • Trusted consultant with excellent communication and presentation skills
