About the role

  • Point of contact for all HR matters within our company.
  • Strategic support for our lead team as well as operational and administrative HR processes.
  • Ensuring smooth operations at all levels throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Close cooperation with an external payroll provider and ensuring error-free payroll processing.
  • Creating and posting job ads, coordinating interview processes and candidate management.
  • Maintaining monthly reporting and working closely with our CFO.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role with a focus on day-to-day operational HR.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end HR processes and to guide complex HR workflows from start to finish.
  • Strong HR expertise with solid knowledge of employment law and social security law.
  • Structured and independent approach to work, a pragmatic mindset and the ability to set priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and advisory skills.
  • High level of trustworthiness, approachable and discreet.
