About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards tracking pacing, funnel metrics, trigger and backlog health, SLAs, and rep productivity
  • Own weekly forecasting, CFQ closed-won ARR pacing, and probability-weighted pipeline forecasting for business reviews
  • Partner with Finance and Analytics on operational reporting and revenue insights
  • Own metric definitions and data accuracy
  • Identify and prototype AI and automation tools for sales workflows
  • Partner with Sales, BizTech, Product, and Enablement to embed AI and improve productivity
  • Lead AI and automation projects connecting data insights to process improvements
  • Analyze workflows and rep performance, recommending process and automation changes
  • Evaluate Rules of Engagement requests and compensation exception requests
  • Document processes, build playbooks, and drive adoption of tools and workflows
  • Support Expansion Sales leadership and representatives with data requests, process issues, and investigations
  • Own account and territory administration, routing, coverage, reassignments, and segment reclassification
  • Support onboarding and offboarding, roster updates, router mapping, and leave-of-absence processing
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues, workflows, CRM data, pipeline visibility, synchronization, and ARR discrepancies
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, RevOps, Finance, BizTech, and Product
  • Translate sales challenges into business requirements and durable solutions
  • Provide updates to managers and senior leadership on timelines, risks, and outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytical GTM role
  • Ideally experience in a fast-paced SaaS or fintech environment
  • Strong Salesforce proficiency, including data audits, pipeline management, account ownership, routing, reports, and dashboards
  • Analytical proficiency with Salesforce reports and dashboards, SQL, Tableau or Looker, and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Hands-on experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and territory or quota planning on a recurring cadence
  • Comfort evaluating AI and automation tools and prototyping simple workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • First-principles problem-solving ability
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and recurring workflows while maintaining data quality and operational reliability
  • Track record supporting sales teams with competing, fast-changing priorities
