Work as a Mid-Market sales professional focused on B2B payroll and HR software sales and achieving revenue targets.
Requirements
2+ years of B2B software sales experience that includes overachievement of sales targets.
Track record of success (i.e. not moving between companies every 12-18 months).

Experience working for an established SaaS company - ideally, experience in the HRIS Space.

Total Rewards philosophy
Cash compensation range $95,000 OTE to $140,000 OTE per year with a 60/40 split between base salary and variable commission (OTE includes base and commission).
Hybrid work expectation for employees based in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City: expected to work from the office approximately 2-3 days per week.
Physical office locations in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City (and Symmetry subsidiary office in Scottsdale).
