What you’ll need

Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-assisted workflows
Direct, working proficiency with Claude or comparable LLMs: prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and iterating on outputs
Integration experience using APIs, MCPs, or similar patterns
Comfort operating in ambiguity and translating business problems into working systems
Comfort working within internal technology governance processes
Bonus: Experience working alongside attorneys: understand contracting workflows and legal decision-making
