• Collaborate with the Growth team to assess the financial and strategic impact of customer acquisition, retention and engagement initiatives
• Develop revenue and cost models
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and quarterly planning cycles
• Establish and monitor objectives and key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for Growth
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Pigment AI) to draft analyses and automate reports
• Conduct deep financial analyses, modeling and scenario planning
• Assess pricing and packaging strategies for new products
• Track funnel conversion rates, CAC, LTV, churn and other SaaS revenue metrics
• Present analyses, financial insights and strategic recommendations to Growth leadership and executive teams
• Partner with operators to execute growth initiatives
