Master the connections: Forge and maintain a robust network to create a talent pool that can be tapped into at a moment's notice.
Visionary in job marketing: Create and distribute compelling job ads, explore new ways and platforms to attract undiscovered talent.
Classifier of potential: Take on the important task of evaluating and categorizing applicants to ensure a seamless alignment between candidate skills and organizational needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 2 Years experience in recruiting.
Preferably a Bachelor of Business Administration.
You are known for your confident and professional approach to complex and sensitive personnel situations.
With your empathetic yet goal-oriented approach, you are able to resolve conflicts effectively and achieve positive results.
Skills to support team members to achieve their goals.
You are communicative and enjoy working in a team.
Ability to prioritize, delegate tasks effectively and solve problems.
Excellent written and spoken English.
You should live close to the area of Kolkata
