About the role

  • You act as the central link between the stores and the Sales Manager.
  • You drive sales development and the achievement of KPIs.
  • In close cooperation with the Store Managers, you ensure that the set sales and performance targets are met.
  • You take responsibility for leading and developing the staff in the stores.
  • You communicate empathetically and solution-oriented with employees, customers, business partners and other departments.

Requirements

  • Passion for retail sales, ideally with prior experience as a District or Regional Manager.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, a strong sense of responsibility and a high degree of self-organisation.
  • Extensive experience in team leadership and outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong German and English skills, written and spoken.
