About the role

  • You act as the central link between the stores and the Sales Manager to ensure smooth information flow and implementation of sales strategies.
  • You drive revenue development and the achievement of KPIs and ensure that all stores meet the established sales goals and standards.
  • In close collaboration with the Store Managers, you ensure that the set sales and performance targets are achieved.
  • You take on the leadership and development of store employees by organizing trainings and coaching to continuously improve the team.
  • You communicate empathetically and solution-oriented with employees, customers, business partners and other departments in the company to foster a positive and productive collaboration.

Requirements

  • DRIVE to lead the stores to success.
  • Passion for retail sales, possibly with prior experience as a District or Regional Manager.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, sense of responsibility and a high degree of self-organization.
  • Extensive experience in leading teams and outstanding leadership and social skills.
  • Through your successful role as a manager, you have proven that you can effectively lead, motivate and inspire teams.
  • Willingness to perform and enjoyment of teamwork.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills.
