About the role
- Interface between stores and the Sales Manager: You act as the central link between stores and the Sales Manager to ensure smooth information flow and the implementation of sales strategies.
- Revenue control and KPI management: You drive sales performance and the achievement of KPIs, ensuring all stores meet established sales targets and standards.
- Target achievement with stores: In close cooperation with store managers, you ensure sales and performance targets are met.
- People leadership and training: You lead and develop store staff by organizing training and coaching to continuously improve the team.
- Empathetic communication: You communicate empathetically and solution-focused with employees, customers, business partners and other departments to foster positive and productive collaboration.
Requirements
- Drive and energy to lead stores to success.
- Passion for retail sales, ideally with previous experience as a District or Regional Manager.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong sense of responsibility and a high degree of self-organization.
- Extensive experience in leading teams and outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record as a manager demonstrating your ability to lead, motivate and inspire teams.
- High commitment and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Willingness to travel.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good written and spoken German and English.
