About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the restaurant's inventory and administrative team;
  • Manage purchasing to minimize impact on COGS (cost of goods sold);
  • Control inventory to prevent stockouts of supplies;
  • Conduct physical inventories and subsequent analysis;
  • Manage documentation;
  • Manage and maintain departmental processes;
  • Analyze COGS (food cost) variances;
  • Provide support to the restaurateur (unit manager);
  • Enter data into management systems;
  • Participate in leadership meetings and OBZ;
  • Interface with other departments.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, Process Management, or related fields;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • People management and conflict resolution skills;
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI;
  • Experience in purchasing, inventory management, and team leadership.
