About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the restaurant's inventory and administrative team;
Manage purchasing to minimize impact on COGS (cost of goods sold);
Control inventory to prevent stockouts of supplies;
Conduct physical inventories and subsequent analysis;
Manage documentation;
Manage and maintain departmental processes;
Analyze COGS (food cost) variances;
Provide support to the restaurateur (unit manager);
Enter data into management systems;
Participate in leadership meetings and OBZ;
Interface with other departments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, Process Management, or related fields;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Intermediate Excel skills;
People management and conflict resolution skills;
Basic knowledge of Power BI;
Experience in purchasing, inventory management, and team leadership.
