About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process invoices in the internal system, allocating them correctly to the appropriate accounting accounts.
  • Prepare payment approvals.
  • Analyze billings according to CFOP criteria and the Federal Revenue's code table (Receita Federal).
  • Monitor the supplier payment flow.
  • Provide support to inventory and administrative teams across all units.
  • Assist unit managers and OVERHEAD with clarifications and controls.
  • Contribute directly to the company's monthly results.
  • Learn about the business and actively participate in processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Process Management, or a related field.
  • Good communication and active listening skills.
  • Organized and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Word, Outlook, and Teams).
  • Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of Protheus.
