Administrative Assistant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process invoices in the internal system, allocating them correctly to the appropriate accounting accounts.
- Prepare payment approvals.
- Analyze billings according to CFOP criteria and the Federal Revenue's code table (Receita Federal).
- Monitor the supplier payment flow.
- Provide support to inventory and administrative teams across all units.
- Assist unit managers and OVERHEAD with clarifications and controls.
- Contribute directly to the company's monthly results.
- Learn about the business and actively participate in processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Process Management, or a related field.
- Good communication and active listening skills.
- Organized and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Word, Outlook, and Teams).
- Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Protheus.
