About the role

  • Lead the General Ledger team including Group Accounting (EMEA)
  • Responsible for monthly and annual financial statements under IFRS & HGB (German GAAP)
  • Digitize financial processes and optimize them using state-of-the-art technology
  • Manage group reporting and consolidation
  • Act as an accounting business partner, setting internal standards

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration/Economics with a focus on Finance/Controlling or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in accounting with solid knowledge of HGB & IFRS
  • Initial leadership experience in the finance function
  • Practical experience in digitizing general ledger processes & project management
  • SAP skills and fluent German and English
