Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead the resorts overall financial strategy, ensuring disciplined management of resources
• Provide strategic guidance to the General Manager, business managers, and the Gunstock Area Commission
• Oversee all core accounting and audit functions, maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of the resorts financial data
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Partner with department and business managers to build detailed annual budgets, evaluate revenue drivers, and manage operational expenses
• Monitor and project cash flow needs across a complex, seasonally driven operation
• Direct all IT strategy and operations, ensuring a secure, reliable, and scalable technology environment
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Gunstock Area Commission by preparing clear, accurate financial reports
• Provide strong, visible leadership to the Finance and IT teams
