About the role

  • Prepare and process order and documentation packages (materials, delivery notes, service documentation).
  • Maintain service contracts, update records and support invoice preparation.
  • Support project and service workflows by managing system updates and documentation.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy (manuals, drawings, checklists).
  • Handle recurring administrative tasks and deadlines within service and project flows.
  • Identify retrofit and upgrade opportunities (motors, controllers, sensors, glass, access readers, safety upgrades).
  • Prepare quotations for small upgrades, retrofit kits, spare part packages and extended service agreements.
  • Conduct customer meetings (remote or on‑site) to scope smaller service jobs.
  • Work closely with technicians to convert field findings into service sales.
  • Proactively follow up on service leads, pending quotations and unconverted technician findings.
  • Support the product sales team with technical inquiries
  • Coordinate technical customer escalations

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in technical service administration, service coordination, technical inside sales, or junior project support.
  • Basic technical understanding (mechanical/electrical)
  • Strong communication skills and customer‑facing ability.
  • Fluent German; good English skills.
  • Structured, self‑driven, solution‑oriented and able to manage parallel tasks.
  • Experience in access control, entrance security or related fields is a plus.
