About the role

  • Shape the direction and strategy of the project management function for Gunnebo Entrance Control.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing project management team.
  • Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies aligned with company vision and goals.
  • Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation, resources, budgets, and timelines.

  • Develop a process to update the dashboard and ensure good project governance.
  • Keep relevant stakeholders up to date.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management in project contexts.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Relevant project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is preferred.
