• Lead the design, creation, and implementation of UI elements in Unreal Engine
• Collaborate closely with designers, programmers, and audio staff to ensure cohesive, high-quality UI
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior UI artists
• Utilize Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other tools to produce polished, visually consistent assets
• Animate interactive elements, transitions, and feedback systems
• Work with particle systems, shaders, and mesh effects to enhance visual impact
• Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining visual fidelity
• Advocate for UI and usability best practices across the team
