• Utilize Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other tools to produce polished, visually consistent assets.

• Work with particle systems, shaders, and mesh effects to enhance the visual impact of UI elements.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining visual fidelity, usability, and adherence to deadlines.
• Advocate for UI and usability best practices across the team, helping to define standards for the studio.

Senior UI Artist

3D Artist

• Rig Characters and Creatures: Build and maintain high-quality rigs in 3ds Max that are animator-friendly and engine-ready.
• Support Weapons and Props: Create rigs for weapons or complex props that require animation control.
• Collaborate with Animators: Partner closely with the animation team to ensure rigs support expressive, believable performance.
• Integrate into Unreal Engine: Export and implement rigs, troubleshoot issues, and support Control Rig setups when needed.
• Polish & Optimize: Ensure rigs are efficient, flexible, and optimized for in-game performance.
• Work alongside design, animation, and art teams to bring environments to life through interactivity and motion.
• Contribute to gameplay experiences that feel dynamic and polished and level up craft.

Mid-Level Technical Animator

Designer

• Design, implement, iterate, and polish compelling boss encounters in Unreal Engine
• Own the boss design process from start to finish within the game's creative direction and combat design framework
• Work closely with design leadership to ensure boss fights are fun, challenging, balanced, and aligned with overall gameplay vision
• Collaborate with animators, programmers, and artists to bring boss behaviors and visuals to life
• Use Unreal Blueprints and proprietary state machines to implement combat logic and animation behavior
• Tune boss pacing, challenge, and mechanics for a high-quality player experience
• Provide and receive feedback across the team, iterating rapidly while maintaining high quality
• Troubleshoot, debug, and refine boss AI and behavior throughout production

Senior Designer

Game Engineer

• Assist in developing gameplay systems using C++ and Unreal Blueprints, following design documentation and technical guidance from senior developers.
• Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and animators to implement features that support engaging and responsive gameplay.
• Help identify and fix bugs, troubleshoot gameplay issues, and contribute to performance optimization efforts.
• Participate in prototyping and iteration of new mechanics, supporting gameplay experimentation and refinement based on team feedback.
• Expand knowledge of Unreal Engine systems such as AI, animation, physics, and networking while applying best practices in gameplay programming.
• Contribute to team meetings, sprint planning, and code reviews, sharing ideas and incorporating feedback to improve implementation quality.
