About the role
- Lead the firm’s creative vision and ensure consistent brand expression across all marketing touchpoints
- Own and evolve brand guidelines, visual identity, and creative standards
- Actively contribute to design and creative production across digital and print deliverables
- Oversee the creative direction and production of video content across formats and channels
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including events, campaigns, web, and communications
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Establish and refine creative workflows, tools, and processes to support consistency and scalability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 8–12 years of creative experience, including hands-on design and leadership responsibilities
- Experience overseeing or directing video and multimedia projects, both internally produced and vendor-led
- Background in professional services, B2B, or brand-driven organizations preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaigns, multimedia work, and hands-on execution
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing external agencies
