About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end project management for assigned corporate strategic initiatives.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, workback schedules, RACI matrices, risk registers, and status dashboards.
Coordinate effectively across multiple business functions.
Prepare and facilitate working sessions and project reviews.
Maintain program health dashboards and consolidated reporting across the project portfolio.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree directly related to the position or equivalent, required.
Minimum seven years experience in project or program management.
3 years in mortgage, financial services, or highly regulated industry.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred.
Strong working knowledge of mortgage origination and/or servicing operations.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
