About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage projects under the IT Operations & Services Portfolio, including Enterprise Applications, Information Security, Endpoint Engineering, and Network/Systems Operations.
Manage process improvement projects for IT Operations, including documenting standard operating procedures, developing cross department procedures with corporate departments, and infrastructure change management standards.
Work with IT management and stakeholders to create IT Operations and Services project plans with clear dependencies, resource estimates, and target deadlines.
Work with third parties to evaluate vendor contracts and facilitate onboarding contractors for projects.
Analyze project delivery performance metrics, develop KPIs, and project reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum seven years' experience as an IT professional
Demonstrated skills with Project Management, Change Management and Release Management
Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Azure
Understanding of system and network infrastructure
Experience with Enterprise Applications, Systems/Network Administration, and Information Security
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
