Meet or exceed uptime SLAs for a suite of IAM services
Oversee IAM analytics presented to the Information Technology Steering Committee
Collaborate on designs with DevOps and Enterprise Architecture
Maintain an IAM engineering roadmap that works to address tech debt
Partner with project management teams to ensure IAM engineering time is appropriately tracked
Improve observability of IAM processes in partnership with Security, and DevOps teams
Manage the implementation of solutions that adhere to Identity and Security best practices
Contribute high-quality documentation and diagrams to IAM knowledge base
Serve as an escalation point and SME for any and all IAM related production support
Participate in code reviews to ensure high standards for code quality

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree directly related to the position or equivalent
Minimum seven years' experience
Minimum one year supervisory or leadership experience
SME and mastery of identity services in Microsoft Azure
Entra Identity Governance and Privileged Identity Management
Experience creating CI/CD pipelines, preferably in GitLab
Experience building and maintaining Terraform modules
Proficiency with Git and one or more scripting or programming languages
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications required
