About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, cash application, and collections.
- Train and support brand level staff regarding the proper use of the CRM/Sales Order system.
- Manage customer accounts, monitor aging reports, and minimize overdue receivables.
- Develop and implement procedures to collect outstanding payments and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Provide oversight to brand team members regarding collection efforts.
- Monitor and manage credit risks to minimize bad debt exposure.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or Supervisor required
- Strong experience within a multi-entity business environment at a corporate level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Experience with a major ERP system such as Sage Intacct, Net Suite, or similar
- Experience using a CRM system such as Service Titan or similar.
