Key responsibilities & impact

Prototype, validate, and deliver innovative Guidewire Cloud features in real-world customer environments
Work directly with customers to capture use cases, requirements and validate solutions
Take ownership across the full technology stack, including backend and frontend development
Provide feedback loops to Solution Architects and Product Development for continuous improvement
Serve as a trusted partner to customers during their transformation journey

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of experience in technology consulting, solution development, or P&C insurance delivery
Hands-on full-stack development experience
modern software engineering practices such as CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and packaging
Strong communication and facilitation skills with both business and technical audiences
Experience translating requirements into actionable solution designs, and working software
Ability to balance consulting finesse with technical competency
Works effectively with limited guidance from others
Curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment
