Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution development, or P&C insurance delivery
at least 1 year of hands-on Guidewire implementation experience
hands-on full-stack development experience including modern software engineering practices
proven experience mentoring and assisting teammates
strong communication and facilitation skills with business and technical audiences
ability to balance consulting finesse with technical competency
nice to have: Guidewire Ace certification
