Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth to achieve meeting and pipeline targets.
- Prospect to Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Travel is required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of software business development or sales experience
- Expert Organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in engaging with C-level executives
- Ambitious spirit with a bold hunter mentality
- Proven business acumen demonstrated in a B2B environment
- Ability to multitask and maintain relationships internally and externally.
- SaaS experience and/or P/C insurance is strongly preferred.
