About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the regional owner for Delivery Assurance in APAC
- Collaborate with the Senior Director, Services Partner Quality Assurance
- Own regional governance of the Partner Capability Maturity Model (PCMM)
- Lead or oversee Delivery Assurance reviews associated with high-risk SI-led programs in the APAC region
- Collaborate with Alliances to embed partner delivery standards across APAC SI-led engagements
- Provide executive briefings on regional Delivery Assurance posture
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software Professional Services, delivery governance, or program management
- Direct experience with Guidewire products and implementations of Guidewire products
- Significant experience working with or within System Integrators and partner ecosystems
- Deep understanding of delivery methodologies and governance frameworks
- Comfort working with AI-assisted analytics and data platforms
- Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your role
