build and refine the customer impact communications strategy
supports the communication intake process
conduct the Impact Assessment for assigned communications
develops and delivers communication regarding highly confidential security communications
finalizes content for customer messaging
manages customer acknowledgement tracking of critical communications
supports internal enablement activities alongside Guidewire teams
partners with the Readiness organization for appropriate communication

What you’ll need

3-5 years in communications or technical writing, product enablement / marketing, or related fields within enterprise software
P&C insurance or enterprise SaaS experience preferred
exhibit excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
ability to multitask and adapt to a changing environment
able to balance multiple intake requests
influence alignment among cross‑functional leaders
business acumen and P&C industry knowledge
operate within the Guidewire values: integrity, rationality, and collegiality
tools proficiency: Google Workspace, LMS and survey/analytics, authoring platforms, AI tools, project tracking (e.g., Monday.com)
