Partner with PMs to "AI-enable" their roadmaps
Run lean experiments and evaluations to prove value before scaling
Triage user feedback, reproduce issues, and maintain a high standard of backlog hygiene
Help shape the future of the product and set industry standards for AI application

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven AI track record with built and shipped AI products
Deep working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, agentic design, evaluations, and prompt engineering
Experience with Claude Code and writing skills is a plus
Ability to design and run "small-bet" evaluations
Understanding the nuances of Property & Casualty insurance (a major plus)
