About the role

  • Develop the specific AI strategy for the readiness transformation
  • Design and implement the strategy for how content is managed and retrieved
  • Design an 'Agentic Automation Operating Model' and maturity assessment framework
  • Design governance frameworks that enable structured collaboration between business stakeholders and technology teams
  • Design and lead capability-building programs that enable HR and Ops teams
  • Position the Operations and People functions as the internal standard for AI & automation
  • Ensure automation and AI are embedded into day-to-day work
  • Partner with the CIO org to design and deliver internal AI tools

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Strategy & Operations, or Sales/People Enablement
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale change initiatives in high-growth technology environments
  • Demonstrated ability to design and own enterprise-wide operating models and governance frameworks
  • Deep expertise in Generative AI (LLMs) and Agentic Automation
  • Expert command of Change Management methodologies
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to operate at a senior leadership level
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree in Operations, Organizational Design, or Technology Strategy preferred
