About the role
- Define and execute the visualization and UX strategy for property analytics, ensuring data is intuitive and actionable for underwriters and actuaries.
- Own the product roadmap for our application suite, collaborating closely with Software Engineering to deliver high-performance, scalable solutions that address real-world insurance challenges.
- Establish and govern API and model versioning policies, ensuring a consistent and professional integration experience for clients.
- Partner with Data Science to translate AI/ML models into “next-best-action” recommendations that drive underwriting and actuarial decision-making.
- Serve as a technical integration lead, guiding customers through onboarding and maximizing the value of the HazardHub suite.
- Evangelize Guidewire’s vision internally and externally, articulating the critical role our products play in the future of P&C insurance.
- Align your work with Guidewire’s FY26 Product Strategy priorities: accelerating AI adoption, launching innovative solutions like the Agentic AI Platform, and expanding into global markets.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Deep expertise in the Property & Casualty insurance domain, with a strong understanding of data and analytics in underwriting and actuarial workflows.
- Proven mastery of product management, including discovery, delivery, and lifecycle management for technical products.
- Track record of building user-centric applications with a focus on intuitive UX.
- Technical fluency in API architecture, versioning, and AI/ML integration.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to inspire and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mentality and accountability for end-to-end product success.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
