About the role
- Lead data migration from legacy systems to Guidewire InsuranceSuite
- Collaborate with business analysts, data analysts, and development teams
- Define project scope, user stories, acceptance criteria, and estimates
- Analyze complex data structures and map them to Guidewire model
- Manage end-to-end data loading process
- Resolve data quality issues and migration errors
- Enable offshore teams to deliver business requirements
- Work on improving internal processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
- 15 years + in delivery and/or consulting type role
- Deep understanding of P&C insurance domain
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire Migration tools
- Previous large scale data migration experience
- Familiarity with data processing and ETL concepts
- Strong OOP skills
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Proficiency in SQL
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience working with customer teams
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
