About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Technology Partner Managers, supporting contract review and business terms to strengthen customer relationships.
- Maintain and audit partner and alliance activity in Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with business approval policies.
- Track financial metrics, manage price quotes, invoicing, and business approvals, and oversee operational requirements for deals of varying complexity.
- Collaborate with Sales, Services, Legal, Finance, and Operations to align resources and facilitate renewals and ongoing contract management.
- Build strong, productive relationships and feedback loops with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and satisfaction with contracting best practices.
- Assess priorities, anticipate bottlenecks, and balance customer demands to ensure timely and effective outcomes.
- Manage invoicing for all recurring License, Subscription, and Maintenance revenue streams.
- Assist with special projects as assigned, contributing to Guidewire’s operational excellence and innovation.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with senior executives.
- Proven project management skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Extensive experience with Google and Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce is preferred).
