About the role
- Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships that deliver value to the Guidewire ecosystem, with a focus on content that meets customer demand and supports international market expansion.
- Nurture high-potential partners, guiding them toward advanced strategic revenue share partnerships and ensuring their offerings align with Guidewire’s AI-powered innovation goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both externally and internally, delivering content that addresses global and geography-specific needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint business plans and strategies, including tailored plans for key partnerships and scalable approaches for lower-tier partners.
- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, ensuring objectives are met and identifying areas for improvement.
- Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, securing favorable terms that benefit both Guidewire and its partners.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other departments to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing updates, managing expectations, and addressing issues as they arise.
- Promote the combined value proposition of Guidewire and its partners to internal sales teams and external customers, driving adoption of Marketplace content.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in partnership development, relationship management, or alliance management within a technology or SaaS environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and cultures.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on partnership performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for driving measurable business outcomes.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Preferred Experience in the insurance technology or enterprise software industry.
- Familiarity with global market expansion and regulatory considerations.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
