About the role
- Articulating the functional and technical aspects of our offerings to new and existing clients
- Supporting the sales team as an expert on Guidewire’s Pricing solutions throughout the sales cycle
- Partnering with other Guidewire Solution Consultants for application configuration for detailed product demonstrations
- Responding in writing to questions and requests for information from prospects and analysts
- Ability and willingness to constructively and professionally challenge prospects and customers with new approaches
Requirements
- Pricing and modeling
- Strong verbal and sales demonstration/presentation skills
- Effective and competent writing skills
- P&C insurance pricing systems and concepts
- Integration mechanisms and patterns
- Helpful knowledge: P&C insurance operations knowledge or experience
- Proficiency in Python and/or other modern programming languages
- Experience with modern P&C insurance systems (ex. Earnix, Akur8)
- Experience in Pre-Sales
- Familiarity with AI, cloud computing and SaaS industry trends
