About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create, modify, and inactivate products, vendors and customers in NetSuite and Salesforce
- Analyze existing data for quality and consistency across all systems
- Collaborate with internal teams for data collection and verification
- Processing ticket requests and user issues promptly and professionally
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and ensure data supports business needs
- Assist with analyzing to best meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to defined data standards
- Continuously learn to maintain strong knowledge of technology
- Suggest and help implement process improvements and efficiencies
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in related technical or business concentration required or equivalent in work experience
- Attention to detail is a must
- Understanding and/or willingness to learn IT technical language
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work on a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Possesses the ability to self-manage and adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected shifts in priorities while maintaining focus and productivity
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule as required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
