The GRC Service Engagement Manager will provide general pre-sales triage support for the GuidePoint Security GRC services portfolio.
Role responsibilities include engaging with Account Executives, CRM management, ticket review, SLA adherence, sales pipeline management, and enabling sales teams.
Experience and Education requirements as listed above include minimum years and skills.
Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of general information security experience, with a focus on GRC across consulting and private/public sector.
4+ years general project management experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience working with sales teams.
Consulting experience preferred.
One or more of the following:
General working knowledge of GRC programs.
General working knowledge of security program frameworks including, NIST CSF, ISO 27K, and others.
General working knowledge of compliance program frameworks including, PCI, CMMC, HIPAA, and others.
General working knowledge of cyber risk NIST and ISO methodologies.
Prior experience in a client facing and/or presales role preferred.
Strong ability to work independently and multi-task on multiple projects simultaneously.
Personal drive and passion for growing themselves and the GRC practice.
