- Identify AI opportunities across the organization, gathering requirements, helping manage the AI project backlog, and supporting the development and deployment of AI solutions
- The AI Business Analyst will be required to demonstrate strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex business processes into actionable AI use cases

Requirements
- Strong passion and self-motivation to improve, learn, and make a difference
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology or consulting environments
- Demonstrated experience in process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI
- Experience managing project backlogs using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Experience facilitating workshops and conducting stakeholder interviews
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization platforms
- Understanding of agile methodologies and iterative development processes
