About the role
- Assist in managing NE Events; pre-event and post-event deliverables.
- Produce content and various marketing assets to be used digitally and for regional marketing events. This will include but not limited to Canva design assets, list uploads/downloads, print, social media posts, and promotional collateral.
- Work with the NE Marketing Director to help execute the NE marketing plan across various areas.
- This is a 12 week internship with a start date of Mid/Late September. Working 25-29 hours a week M-F, paid $20hr.
- Have a personal computing device and access to high-speed internet during working hours
- Local travel within the Rochester, NY and Buffalo, NY area
- Must reside within 30 miles of Rochester, NY (preferred) or Buffalo, NY (secondary)
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, event management, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience with G Suite, PPT and Excel.
- Customer service mindset.
- Demonstrated excellence with written communications, project, and time management.
- This role is a part-time internship position, with up to 10% local/regional travel expected.
