About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research target companies and identify relevant decision-makers across marketing, media, and procurement teams.
- Build prospect lists that support outbound sales campaigns.
- Assist with preparing messaging for cold email and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Conduct light market research to identify companies that could benefit from Guideline's product suite.
- Monitor database usage across client accounts to identify organizations approaching license limits or increased engagement.
- Flag potential upsell, renewal, or expansion opportunities for the Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Support account health tracking and help ensure customers are maximizing value from the platform.
- Maintain the accuracy and cleanliness of the company CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Remove outdated contacts, correct invalid emails, and ensure company records remain up to date.
- Assist with organizing sales pipeline data, updating opportunity records, and improving CRM reporting.
- Help track deal progress across the sales pipeline and ensure records remain organized.
- Assist sales reps in preparing materials for meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
- Assist with internal preparation for client meetings, renewals, and performance reviews.
- Help coordinate internal follow-ups and ensure action items from client conversations are tracked.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Applicants must be currently enrolled at a two-or-four-year college/university, and be a rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior.
