About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist government agency clients in designing, developing, launching, and improving projects and programs
  • Identify, develop, and implement performance metrics and measurement tools
  • Analyze projects and programs to identify risks and develop, apply, and monitor mitigations
  • Document and evaluate business processes and recommend improvements
  • Apply analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills and techniques
  • Produce client communications, including emails, memos, issue papers, presentations, and executive briefings
  • Conduct research and collaborate with teams to formulate and recommend solutions
  • Collect and analyze data, produce models and visualizations, and draw conclusions to improve decision-making
  • Analyze and help develop or improve policies and procedures
  • Assist with business development activities, proposals, white papers, and account meetings
  • Participate in coaching and mentoring programs
  • Assist in developing learning and development materials, courses, and presentations
  • Support recruiting programs and initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust; approved adjudication required prior to onboarding
  • Bachelor's degree
  • One or more years of working experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of project management principles and project management phases
  • Experience working in teams to produce high-impact work products, reports, and deliverables
  • Ability to create and edit technical and non-technical written work products and graphical presentations
  • Ability to participate in client-facing discussions and meetings
  • Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills
